The Argentinian sub that was lost supposedly had an electrical fire and had to disconnect some of its batteries. That would have been a fire without (surface-visible) smoke. The reporting about that sub is, of course, suspicious and cannot be verified at this time.
How about, this was a very poor scan or fax, that was subsequently rendered back into ASCII characters by optical character recognition (OCR), which was unable to interpret many of the faulty characters correctly.

Repost of some leaked medicals on HRC. These were in the Memes thread on 12/24.
Speculation is that she has kuru, the cause of her falling, misaligned eyeballs, inappropriate laughter, mini-strokes with abnormal repetitive head movement, etc. Kuru is a prion disease that is best known in societies that practice ritual cannibalism, e.g Papua New Guinea where brains of deceased family are ritually consumed. It is fatal and there is no treatment. She's pretty far gone IMO.
