The eye bags would be a piece of cake to a good plastic surgeon. No reason for her to have them.
Hillary's yellowing mouthful of teeth and sagging, puffy face are a mystery. She can see the best cosmetic docs and dentists in Manhattan. Rich people with bad teeth - there is just NO excuse.
Unless she's not a candidate for many procedures due to a preexisting condition or medications.
The strabismus in those eyes is interesting. Strabismus surgery is pretty successful in most cases. If she can't/won't have the procedure, and is wearing those blue prism glasses instead, her vision is likely distorted. The condition could have been caused by Graves disease (immune system disorder which causes hyperthyroidism), a stroke, or a head injury. Anybody with thyroid issues (raising my hand here) knows that that damn organ has an annoying way of affecting every other system in the body.
Stroke history - maybe? Everybody remember her constant companion "Doc Choc" and his mysterious injector pen from the campaign?

Bill Binney, what a genius that man is. Anons, if you haven't seen "The Good American", it's on Netflix and easy to find elsewhere, runs about 100 minutes. He and his small team were so incredible - they tried so hard, but got shut down by selfish bureaucrats. Could have stopped 9/11, but that wasn't on "their" agenda. I about cried halfway through that documentary; first time that ever happened. Normally too autismo to be a crier.
