The in-your-face memes are funny for us because we get them. But normies take one look and the cognitive dissonance is too strong so they peg the memes as 'conspiracy' and 'nuts' or 'altright'. I'm getting better twatter traction outside the #QAnon realm on the HRC memes asking for Voter ID than anything else I memed out.
We need to go easy on them - slowly red pill. Ask them questions that lead… I'm not a meme maker, but subtly is an art the meme makers may want to explore for better effect. Thanks to all meme makers!
