Don't get discouraged, Anon, try to make it fun when you can. Some people are like fish - they can't see what's right in front of their face, only the stuff on the sides…sometimes with them I take an MSM confirmed story (e.g. deputy AG in CA with child porn) and do the reverse conspiracy theorist thing - There's no way this story is true, think about how intense those background checks are, no way this guy gets that job and no one knew about his sick past-time, this is obviously a fake article. Then I change the subject.
It goes beyond their own naivete because I supposedly won't even believe the infallible MSM. It confuses them, usually they don't know what to say, but I do it again and again and again, just a few seconds each time, and one day they act like their "progress" opening their eyes was all their own doing, when really it was the constant repetition of the ideas without them ever being the main focus of a serious discussion. they need TONS of repetition, that's the only way they learn, their memories are very very short
