Actually, that is a nothing burger…one of the main IP registrars was using this location in KS to provide anonymity to their clientele. There were some news story about a farmer who sued the registrar because people kept calling him and showing up on his doorstep because they were mad about one thing or another and traced the IPs to his address. I'll see if I can find the story…
