It doesn't work that way, differnt wire providers get a a certain level of doman like the .XXX last 3 digits, those get spread around by anyone on their system depending on what was assigned when they first get connected, server IP are perm but still it just depends on the address assigned, some IPs in Denver show Los Angeles because that is where the IP range owner is so it's never that accurate or Google wouldn't need your help to locate where you are.
