It's scheduled to hit Congress on 1/15, but I recall some reporting that said technically the process is to be given to the DOJ first, so they can review the recommendations.
It was theorized it would be given to DOJ possibly around 1/08, so it would make sense if that dropping is imminent that this weekend is the time to brief everyone on what they found.

Stop trying to be an apologist. This directly contradicts what BO said, and what he aggressively threatened people with bans over if they didn't accept. This would include even a one-way back channel.
