i read on here its a nuclear detector of some sort. with it you can watch the creation of nukes.
how do we detect nuclear launch?
how long does it take for nuclear war to start?
how long does it take from building a nuke to launching a nuke?
if you can watch creation what do you have?
could could react differently?
could you react by building not by launching?
would nukes still be necessary?
no nukes what do we get?
