Trump tweet: "Zero" capitalized.
Recently released CPU vuln: Meltdown and Spectre, found by Google's "Project Zero".
Has anyone found another reason Trump would capitalize "Zero" in this tweet?
Looks like intentional white-hat vuln release based on the timing. Perhaps to force plugging the hole(s)?
It isn't just Intel. Spectre is a hardware "problem" and affects pretty much ALL mainstream CPUs in use today.
Meltdown is definitely every Intel chip, but affects other CPUs as well. I haven't found a conclusive list of other CPUs that are vulnerable yet.
This is bad. Given the timing, I don't think this release was organic.
IMO this goes back to dark forces in the early 80's. This shit was built in. Key MIL knew about these vulns in the late 60's. See Multics. Study the guy who wrote the spec for TEMPEST. What else did he write about Multics?
