My long-standing AJ theory is still that he's legit but misguided. He says enough legitimately false things such that when he says truth, they won't try to silence him. Consider how every time he used to say something people would counter not by debating what he said, but rather bring up some asinine other story of his. This let him fly under the radar relatively well until last year. When PG was too important/evident to dismantle via that tactic, they instead went the legal route. If nothing else, it is good training for learning how to sift through shills on a chan; only difference is the bad info is coming from the same person with good info.
