I'm on the opinion that the EU is something like a "branch" of the UN. The "Resettlement and Relocation" agenda re: the migrants came down from the UN to the EU. And other documents and legislations too. First UN, then EU. This is important. In my opinion the EU is under the UN's thumb and no separate entity.
