Hmmmm, yeah this is deeply suspicious all round. This is the release about the Bill here:

Key points:

"1. cancel immediately and completely all debt owed by Haiti to these institutions;

1. suspend Haiti's debt service payments to the institutions until the debt is canceled completely; and

2. provide additional assistance to Haiti in the form of grants so that Haiti does not accumulate additional debt.

H.R. 4573 also directs the Secretary of the Treasury and the Secretary of State to use all appropriate diplomatic influence to secure the cancellation of all remaining bilateral, multilateral, and private creditor debt owed by Haiti."

I'm not sure how this plan played out or what the point was. So Congress instructs Geithner and Hillary to use all appropriate influence to cancel Haitian debt. But cancelling the debt stops money flow from Haiti to creditors. How does that help MW? Did she get a cut from the creditors in Haiti?

Can anyone see what I'm missing here? Does cancelling the current debt arrangements allow the CF to swoop in and take over the refinancing and funding of all Haitian operations?

Theory:

• Hillary and co. need to take charge of Haiti for whatever reason. Perhaps they need more direct control of the organ harvesting operations or the trafficking routes or the AIDS experiment or the money. Perhaps all of the above.

• They engineer the Jan 2010 earthquake. Clinton Foundation people were WAY too prepared for it to have been just a normal earthqake. A mini-nuke off shore? Maybe.

• Foundation people swoop in and start setting up operations. Clinton cronies like Laura Silsby grab displaced kids and try to move them out of the country. They are caught and after much haggling behind the scenes, released.

• MW is told to push this bill through as quickly as possible in exchange for a nice cut of the profits that will surely come when USAID and the Clinton Foundation take over the day-to-day operations of child trafficking, gold mining, sweatshops, mobile phone infrastructure, AIDS experiments and small business financing that the global elites use Haiti for.

• Congress passes the Bill which means the money flows into and out of Haiti now fall under Hillary's control. Mission accomplished.
