Possible other perspective: when I first read this reply I thought the letters corresponded to letters in a phrase. Maybe something Trump said, maybe a common phrase that's related to this information or a movie analogy, maybe something else entirely. Why would Q code something like that if it was just an opinion (the opinion being that they deserve death or whatever)? Usually where there's code or an alteration of some kind there's significance in regards to connecting dots.
