Interesting. I thought Zio controlled banks. No? If you have your wallet offline, how can they "turn it off". You sell your coins on anonymous exchange and it is deposited into your account by other person. It would near impossible, if not impossible for them to shut it down.

As a matter of fact, shutting down online wallets would extremely difficult b/c they would have to know about your account.

The truth is your bank account is the one that easiest for them to shut down. Bitcoin and Virtual currency is not a bank account. As a matter of fact they are having a hard time taxing it so they had to sue the shit out of COINBASE, which will lose all their customers.

Plus which virtual currency would they know you have? There's many now.

Didn't say they couldn't track you or what you buy. It's a public ledger of sorts. But that's why a lot of people have abandoned bitcoin and have moved to Dash, Ethereum, etc, because they are not public ledgers.

And while I'm saying they could track bitcoin, I'm also saying they would have a hard time to stop the transactions. Make no mistake, they can track anything on the net.

Besides, use the golden rule: never put all your eggs in one basket. ;)

You can eat digital currency.
