Rothschild provides a way of influence over matters of national finance (hence all the central banks). They are able to control and manipulate national finances to their favour via "legitimate avenues" such as stocks, property investmentst etc. While these avenues generate massive wealth they are also fairly well documented and regulated hence the need for the "dark cash flow" partner in SA.
They specialise in financial services of all kinds because thats where this TRI arms influence lays. All legitimate businesses and transactions but profits are gained via unscrupulous practices such as tanking businesses they're intrested in and buying them up at low stock price.
By owning the central banks they are strongly tied into the governments of said nations, they then use this influence to manipulate government and their policies so that the people of the nations stay controlled and reliant on the financial services probably provided by their companies.

Slush-fund management requires 2 things to operate.

Generation of capital - Soros personal net worth never reduces as he’s always compensated for his costs via DOJ settlements and environmental pacts. Soros has connections to companies and people who can receive these payments so it doesn’t seem suspicious. Think money laundering but instead of dirty money you have legitimate investment capital that you need to somehow filter to the relevant people so they can use said capital to fund operations.

Distribution of Capital - once you’ve got your capital replenished via the above you need to distribute it to your operations. This can be done via at least 2 methods that are easily researchable. The first bring contributing to a political campaign (see Soros foundation donating 10mil to Clinton fund) whether you win or lose an election those funds go into your pot and are from that point onwards essentially yours to use. The second is by having charitable organisations that collaborate and work together on “false projects” making it appear legitimate that they need to transfer funds amongst themselves to pay for said projects and people are very unlikely to investigate the finances of a charitable organisation compared to someone who may be under investigation for a crime.
