Had a thought that Q's use of the word "sick," e.g., "these people are sick," sounded, oh, perhaps a little strange - perhaps slightly on the juvenile side?

Perhaps a double meaning here? Perhaps what he is hinting at is that they are actually SICK? Haiti still has one of the highest HIV rates in the world. Perhaps these people contracted AIDS from drinking HIV-tainted blood? Something to consider.

Good points. Indeed I have been on voat helping research and recall seeing some good posts regarding what you are saying (perhaps even by you?).

But my larger point would be that "sick and evil" very often go hand in hand. When Israel invaded Canaan, they were sometimes commanded to not only kill everyone, but to burn them all as well. I often hear my fellow students bemoan the killing of the children, but I try to explain that they were just as diseased as the adults at that point, and the burning was a way to contain the spread. They had blood borne disease, prion disease, etc., much of it propagated by these evil human sacrificial rituals.

The other thing we see in modern day power families are signs of inbreeding. It was really prevalent among the Hapsburg dynasty, for instance. But when I look at some of the Rothschilds, I can detect this as well. The inbreeding among the Lannister family in GOT is based on Martin's deep research for sure! This of course will multiply the "sick" aspect of these people.
