Anons – where can people report suspected pedos? Are there any official places that we are certain are not compromised? Please advise.

A friend of mine in AU has reported a Dr. there for his predatory behavior but this Dr. insists on sharing photos of other people's children – including my friends child, after repeatedly reporting him for sharing them on FB. Unsure where to turn but here!

My friend's in-laws have taken the Dr.'s side over their own kin because they refuse to believe them re: predatory 'grooming' behavior. This has been going on for months and authorities there have taken statements but there is little they can do.
