You need to get into the Pizzagate / Pedogate research to know what he is talking about when he says "sick". He said sick and evil. they ARE sick and evil. they worship Satan, Moloch, Minerva etc. they sacrifice and feed off of the blood and brains of children. that was what he was referring to. as well as the ritual abuse and sacrifice perpetrated for their rise to power.
