Been thinking about Q's statement in his 12/4/17 drop: "These people deserve …. . .. ……."

I've not been able to make anything fit this sequence. If Q had just left it open, I can come up with many words/phrases that fit the obvious context, such as execution, death, hanging, lethal injection, etc. What if the spaces between the dots are not what is important, just the number of dots, which is 14?
