The answers are: The Secret Service currently protects [R]enegade. It's relevant if you're going to arrest him. They also currently protect Bill/Hillary and Chelsea. That's relevant if you're going to arrest them too.

Future unlocks past. Q posts the Lord's Prayer. Weeks later the Pope announces he wants to change the Lord's prayer. Q reminds us of his Lord's Prayer post. Implications are utterly staggering: POTUS has foreknowledge of the Pope's actions. Q signs off with Godfather III.

Possible interpretation:

1a. If the Pope has been flipped, then the Lord's Prayer announcement is a GO signal to POTUS to do something.

1b. If the Pope has not been flipped, then thanks to global military surveillance capability OR a deep mole (or both), POTUS knows Pope's every move.

Either way, POTUS has the Vatican under control.

1. Godfather III: bankrupt Vatican enlists help of The Family to bail it out in exchange for control.

Overall meaning:

1. POTUS and team are using the Vatican's connections to a Family as a weak entry point to get vital information on trafficking and bank records.
