And if you were going to somehow say that meant 0134 and 0137, well, you're off by a solid 12 hours.
Also, a pretty big project to know which commercials get played at which intervals. Not impossible, probably, but usually that is not how commercials work, The broadcaster has leeway to plug those in. Not impossble for POTUS to somehow have that "fixed" but it would be a truly surprising thing for the White House to fix.
