(d) A member of a reserve component who is subject to this chapter is not, by virtue of the termination of a period of active duty or inactive-duty training, relieved from amenability to the jurisdiction of this chapter for an offense against this chapter committed during such period of active duty or inactive-duty training.
934- Article 134. General Article
Though not specifically mentioned in this chapter, all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces, all conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces, and crimes and offenses not capital, of which persons subject to this chapter may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general, special or summary court-martial, according to the nature and degree of the offense, and shall be punished at the discretion of that court.
937 Article 137 Articles to be Explained
(a) (1) The sections of this title (articles of the Uniform Code of Military Justice) specified in paragraph (3) shall be carefully explained to each enlisted member at the time of (or within six days after)–
(A) the member’s initial entrance on active duty; or
(B) the member’s initial entrance into a duty status with a reserve component.
(2) Such sections (articles) shall be explained again–
(A) after the member has completed six months of active duty or, in the case of a member of a reserve component, after the member has completed basic or recruiting training; and
(B) at the time when the member reenlists.

I see your point. And disagree.
As a global entity, we wouldn't be in the predicament we are currently in, if people played by the rules, were nice, and generally looked out for the welfare of all of those around them.
We don't live in that world.
We live in a world where a certain set of people believe the rules don't apply to them. They take. They lie. They steal. They warp the world for the rest of us.
I believe the keystone is THE PEOPLE. Yes, money is the root of all evil; we know that. The whole reason you and I are here, ANONS, is to bring down the CABAL. (Ok not us personally, but you get my drift.)
The Great Awakening is the PEOPLE waking up, standing up, and making a difference in the world that they live in -want to live in.
That's what we are in the process of doing right this very minute.
If WE THE PEOPLE (military, leaders, citizens, etc. of various countries) fall, then society as a whole falls. We are on the brink of that fall. We, as a whole, need to stand up to the few and make our voices heard.
I think we are doing that. I believe we are going to make a difference- for everyone.
