Personal opinion only…

Somone was on that plane in negotiations. Omega 10 up there to fill up the military craft waiting them out. Aircraft tried to flee it would be taken out.

Pure conjecture only I have 0 knowledge just giving my opinion. Notice in first image I sent there was a big no fly zone in that area today. Notice to other planes conveniently avoiding all that airspace.
