Q, why does it feel like I’m the only one who sees this? Is it real or am I being larped? Of course, if it is a larp then we are fulfilling the prophecy of Revelation’s great deception.

Here’s what I see in Godfather III

The movie provides the inner workings of the larger swamp complete with money-laundering foundations, crooked banks, greedy priests, and revenge murders. However, we see these activities from the point of view of Michael Corleone who is trying to go legit. His son Tony defies his by walking away from everything in order to pursue an artistic life.

At the 2:39:00 mark, several important things happen at the opera. Tony is playing the staring role in

Cavalleria Rusticana. On a side note, this opera is often performed together with I Pagiacci (The Clowns). A sniper takes aim at Michael, but finds a priest in his place. Michael is in the hallway having a discussion regarding the Pope and saying they might not get there in time to save the Pope’s life. On stage is a re-enactment of an Easter scene with Tony playing the role of the resurrected Christ. After leaving the opera, a gunman shoots Maria and she collapses calling to her father much like Kate Steinle.
