Aerial radiation detection is done by heli's. Special kind of copter does those fly bys and they are very deliberate, loud, fly low, have large canisters on either side (the detectors), and make more than a few passes over the same area.
I would assume that the change in the Lord's Prayer was a signal from the Pope to the global cabal, signaling something. Not sure what, but it would appear that Q was aware that this was a code they would use as a global announcement meant for the luciferian losers.
