This is a rhyme to figure out who will be "it". Say the following as you point to each person, or their foot or whatever:
Engine, engine number 9.
Running down Chicago line.
If the train should jump the track,
do you want your money back?
The person to whom you are pointing when you say "back" answers either "yes" or "no. You will then spell out the answer: "y-e-s spells yes and you are out" or "n-o spells no and you are out".
