There are only 4 small towns/districts of the name Rodheim in Germany. There was a Jewish community and a synagogue in "Rodheim vor der Höhe" until 1933, but they all emigrated or perished before the war. Nothing pointing to the US or the Clintons. Nothing else comes to mind from a German background. The syllables 'Rod' and 'ham' are very uncommon in German.
