Are we still theorizing about an EBS/EWS broadcast over the NFL game tonight? I know everyone was talking about it this morning before Q confirmed the fireworks were related to the NYC FF. I ask because I don't want to waste my time staying up late to watch the game to see this, but I definitely will if I have to!
That's a good question. I dont have cable either so I'd have to watch a stream. But I'd imagine if the stream source is from the USA then we'd see it on that.
Cell Phones I don't know about.
But I would also assume that the EBS/EWS would go over the over-the-air antenna channels, which a majority of the nation should have access to.
