Is there a way to see the history of flights in an area? by date/time?

I appreciate the image, anon. I was actually curious to attempt to look back at the radar map and flight data for a helicopter that was circling my neighborhood… Some weird shit I felt when it happened, like fully body shivvers like I was being targetted by 'something', and they had been circling the house/neighborhood for a few hours on and off.

I know the date/time, but can't seem to figure out if there is a way to use this to go back and check.
