If two simultaneous breads is our biggest problem today, we got it dicked.
Why don't we just let it fill up, realizing there's another parallel bread. Maybe the bakers need a CHECKLIST for new bakes, including checking to make sure the CBTS number gets bumped up by one.
Pretty soon, the other bread will be done (currently at 477 posts) and a new one will follow. This one may very well be left in the dust.
