bty, re your question, go to the top of this thread and read Q's latest posts (that gets you up to speed). He posted with a time stamp of xx:03 and then Potus tweeted w/ a time stamp of xx:13, so there was a 10 minute gap between the two. Q posted again to bring that to our attention, and the discussion has been about what the relevance of the [10] is.
also, you incur the most wrath here for "not being up to speed" - so best to read the latest Q posts and kind of browse down through the thread to see what's going on. but honestly, so much happens, you just can't be on top of all the latest findings and news – you can ask and you might get an anon to help you out, but many are ego-driven shills, so ignore them and ask again.

i think the best guess so far is that is might have something to do w/ the 10 days of darkness that was mentioned in a Q post awhile ago. Roth memes have flown in the past (you can check the Meme2 Thread in the main Catalog to check some of them out). Q has never mentioned the DoD audit. Previous breads have discussions re the changing of the NCUA seal and all that.
we're not sure if the relevance is that it proves once again that Q is a Trump insider or if there's something more in the [10] difference . . .
