Bc POTUS knew if he did this right after election time 2016 Dems would want use the EO against the GOP to cast shade or at least a run-off of their elections. It needed to be isolated to set a precedence without ruining an entire upcoming election cycle which would effect both sides. Perfect!
Maybe 40% are brainwashed and only half of those are possibly recoverable. I would say 20% of US would rather die that see POTUS succeed.
