Such a shame (not being sarcastic). I'll pray they are cleansed by other means. You nab 'em, I continue with my might. Failing that, I pray they see the light. When brainwashed from within the womb, unfortunately, I agree, our efforts could be futile.
That said, 4-6% is way less than I'd thought might be the case. I pray that estimate reduces as time goes by.
