One of the main directors is listed as Citco, Citco was a fund management group setup in 1939 but rose to prominence in the late 60's when they assisted George to create the first US offshore accounts. Citco and George Soros are the pioneers of modern off shore accounts.
So the owner works with Soros on a global scale and the major company director is a fund management group that probably would not exist without George. Seems pretty well sown up to me.
