My apologies if this has been discussed earlier today, am a workfag, but ++'s Open Society Foundation has a new president, Democrat strategist Patrick Gaspard (cant find anything on his wife yet). Maybe Soros is running scarred now after the election with 92% democrat turnout (from 2016 election) and knowledge that Q (and /cbts/ for that matter) is after for him.
