I can speak from experience, my mother passed away from the same type of brain cancer McCain has just last year. There was a clear point in time where she basically gave up mentally and things started declining rapidly after that. If he is in the hospital it is likely that his days are numbered as I’m sure recent events have lead to kind give up the fight. I am surprised he made it this far.
