The line right above "[10]" was "Timestamp [Q] post [:03] against POTUS' Tweet [:13]."
When I read it, I took the "[10]" to just mean there was 10 minutes between Q's post and Trump's post. He was pointing out that the he preceded Trump.
But I tend to be simpleminded too.
