As I remember it, the CF collected about $7 Billion for Haiti relief but the Haitian people said they didn't receive any of it. Then one month before the 2016 election the CF transferred $5 Billion to a secret bank account in Qatar and refused to explain why. Qatar has no extradition treaty with the US.
