there's generally three numbers, two together and one other

use the rightmost number to move what's right of it to the left that many spaces

then use the rightside number of the two touching numbers to take that string and shift characters to the right that many times

if it says "LOG1_^67FVc"

shift FVc left by 7 spaces

then shift all letters right by 7

L = S

O = V

etc

left number is how many to count back from if letter is too close to the end

therefore

"FVc" would be

F = M

V = P (count back 6, not forward 7, since counting forward 7 would exceed Z)

also there are peculiarities such as ^ being "A" or "V" and "b" being "p" or "q" and vice versa

it creates anagrams sometimes too
