They used to be Gannett SpinCo (unironically) and split into 2 companies in 2016 (15?) Gannett Co Inc and Tenga.
They wholesale news stories (propoganda) to other news agencies (print, digital, SM, cable, etc.) I have only known of AP as the story wholesaler of world news, these 2 are new to me per CBTS…i think tje relevance is: + controlled propoganda stories wholesaled to the "front lines"…they push the "script" seeds for controlled narrative.
