Been calming some of the community re: evac orders (lowest level),
because I went and scouted 40 mile radius.
Hah an interesting coinkydink (coincidence).
Had a friend in high school that was from Holland I believe, exchange student.
Both she and her brother were great people.
If you want I can delete for your own security sense, but as you can see below it is probably not a huge deal to mention geographic region.

All is well in Oregon btw, for us at least.
Tested skills and training bugging out on short notice.
Learned some weaknesses and confirmed some other things.
Fire has held at 9 miles away for several days.
Our plan was always to "bug in" or shelter in place.
Back up and original plan was to "bug out".
The fam did an admirable job, very pleased.
