had some issues with the practice bake
notables in the thread I practiced were real long, needed their own post by themselves, this bumbed down the others and it needed too many posts before the dough
previous notables were longer too
there was a set of notables from on older bread too, should I delete that or did someone put it there because it was a good set?
how do you go about cutting it down without starting any drama
