guys, I finally understand the "follow the pen". in one of the recent Q drops, CBS Herridge uses the hashtag #myhighlighter. Which means the annotations on all of the recent documents made in pen and ink were already there when she received them. maybe from Q and/or Q+. The pen is still leading the info drops
