1. have to consider I been marathon baking because there is no one to handoff to during working hours of day

2. when I do handoff it's been to veli on a daily basis for nearly a year, Night Baker sometimes

3. the bin thing just started because of WR gerbils trying to get the dough and bake, I never handed off to one of them

4. handoffs are to be smooth and fast, wnb got it down, veli and I have a two word, firm and yo worked out, NB is l n l

5. numbers played around and lost the bake cause he took too long and wanted to argue, once I explained make it fast and easy he did and now he does everytime

6. I once handed off without concern except I didn't get an acknowledge, wnb said something and i told him I was watching, it was Ra, who identified themself once I said something and all was guud

That's all the experience I have handing off, I've had more shills wanting to bake than real bakers, consider that too, newsbaker now, he throws a bin and we are guud, there, 2 new bakers within a week and i been doin this for months, no shills in the kitch all day, night, gy not as lucky, makes am's messy, wnb picks it up with gy and off the day goes

we had 5-6 bakers, period, that 's why no one to hand off too

we all needed breaks and that is when the baking school thing took off

night baker was doing weekend stuff

I was doing days and late nights too

night baker is on more, veli is doing late nights so I get to shitpost or go to bed earlier, now there is newsbaker and numbers for daytime relief, wnb has consonant and dl2 bakers in am, much better was just recent, things were tight until a couple of months ago, I had IRL take precedence but I got it managed to bake, nice to have some relief now, 7 months daily baking is consuming
