see, I never did the forums thing, I dug around on the net and read, a lot, watched the 2 min vid how to bake, read some of the stuff and then dove in, this class would have been nice but great bakers to watch and learn from
I copy pasta'd wrong from the beginning, I went through and changed them to 120 because that was what an anon said they should be,, Q was posting, the board was freezing and I as told another baker would come on and then I could a look and fix it but, the baker didn't come till 2 breads later and I need to go, I should have caught the error at the beginning but I didn't, muh bad, many times I do, just not today

I get the flexible thing but shit, Q is posting, the board is freezing, they are screamin notables and then someone wants to harp about numbers, there is only so much that I can do and bake at the same time, most days this is not a problem, today, for some reason, it was, I copied a mistake and had I been more mindful from the beginning I would have corrected it, that is where I made the mistake, in my eyes, I take handoffs from wnb all the time, don't usually have to check, that is complacent, that is the other problem I see
I am trying to put all this together, I have never had a problem with people putting up buns or calling out notables, at least till the newsfag guy got started, then self called notables in red text and the shit gets crazy, I always like and defend your notables, in the end we all choose diff but it's important is it's chosen so it's always your call, I'll never back down from that, if you think I missed something important I've always said lemme know, it's a great help and I appreciate it
no, didn't take it personally, just setting up the situation, priorities when baking, anons think notables and numbers, bakers think setting up bakes, getting the dough to size and making it work, fast
just a diff in priorities and when there is a prob with baking the other priorities get dropped
that's all, that is being flexible for the moment
I don't have any OCD at all, gy can attest to that, I've gotten better about details and keeping Q lines straight, the baking has been a challenge since the board came back up, the tech changes make getting a bake through the challenge and priority, never easy, still not if Q is plugged in and if you check, between Q and DDOS I get hit pretty hard, doesn't bother me, most days no problem, timiing was off yesterday, today it was numbers, most days it's not
