Hello;

I have been lurking and memeing for a while. Today I did my first 3 practice bakes. Is there some sort of process of checking these practices? Do I just keep practicing until I feel ready to go? Or is there some sort of Grand Poobah that is supposed to give me the thumbs up when they think I am ready. Thanks.
