>baker here, baker, can take one if you'd like a break or something similar, and post a paste from your bin, a verification, I'll hand off and just shadow you.

>Anything you think you'll need just say

Frby kept on talking about communication, I tried it that way for weeks and hated it. (was trying to be something I wasn't)

Don't need much prompting, tend to develop a short handed language irl.

Need help in note taking. Kept missing all the big things, naturally see the insignificant or obscure (attention to detail which swings the focus of the narrative/intention), just an observation.

Perhaps a weakness. Perhaps a natural INW.

>I've said before to you and I mean it. It's a busy, busy shift but you'll soon get up to speed. I'm doing it every night and it's too much. In previous years there were 2 or 3 of us covering that shift so we could all get a rest

You have said that many times before, acknowledged.

What time PST?

Busy busy smashing it out = fun.

>If you were up for it

Up for it.

>what we could do is I could be there to back you up, drop notes for easy copy paste

Bombs away teach. Grateful.

>I'll be discreet and just post them anon and check for baking posts at baking time.

Discretion is appreciated/preferred/valued.

>If there's anything else you'd like help with, let me know.

Can you please keep chipping at fear?

>If there's anything else you'd like help with, let me know.

Been on my own for too long teach, its sometimes awkward to find the words. Tend to write between the lines because of thinking/seeing differently… Help me where ever you see fit? And ask questions, of me first, before trying to teach me a lesson?

>This way you can get used to baking on that shift, get your confidence up and timing etc, because it's fast, and in a few weeks you'll have gained the confidence to do it on your own

I don't want to do it on my own anymore.

A lot of our regular bakers hangout on that shift, so you've got plenty backup all the time on it. It's an epic shift to bake and there's no words to describe how great the anons are.

No pressure in front of peers, guud lord habe mercy. kek

Everyone that is here, are great. Especially the shills they help a tons, god bless them. (they have no idea what they are really doing, ha ha ha)

>It's an epic shift to bake and there's no words to describe

there really isn't any words, to descibe this

will need some time to read previous notes, before baking.

>Let me know here what you think
