Not a criticism but an observation

Thinking this was as great intention at extending an olive branch, but as I observed comments made on the board and in comms, there seems to have been a line drawn in the sand on both sides. Bakers want anons to basically grow up..if I have that right? As such bakes won't happen by most here by your decree. Anons want to feel like they have a voice, and while I commend you in trying to do so..the terms where set and decided by this board. As such, the comments mentioned for the most part were they won't come here because it would not be productive. Most of this is paraphrasing but thinking you get the idea. Have a suggestion that might be helpful and create a neutral territory, meaning anons are not in your house and you aren't in theirs. What about a Q & A or thread something along those lines..thinking it wouldn't have to be monitored constantly while also providing voice to all. Nothing gets solved without communication and through communication can be the answers to miss understandings on either side.

If nothing is tried certainly nothing will happen..As mentioned it's a thread..just like anons do, scroll past the shill stuff, no one has to monitor 24/7 like your doing here now..in addition moar open dialogue and with the open dialogue problems that may not have been noticed previously emerge and solutions will also present themselves.
