Bakers, I believe would have wanted everything 'cleaned up' a few weeks ago.
By 'cleaned up' I mean not involving censorship of any subject as alleged.
I mean cleaned up as in -

Personal attacks / opinons kept out of the globals and notables - kept professional

Anyone permitted to bake
-
Communication in the general to solve issues and gripes rather than attacks

As it's been, ALL QR bakers have been unable to bake for the past few weeks.
Some QR bakers bake once a month, once a week, once a day, daily, but they ALL comm through comms. There's a group of around 20.
There are differences and fistfights daily, however the work unites and differences are overcome.
Fastjack, our captain, has supported the recent bakery takeover. He has pinned the other kitchen meta without discussion, knowing we already have one, has coninuously locked threads not made by the new crew, and has historically expressed his disdain and hate for those who choose to serve by baking at QR.
All of the accusations against the bakers are completely unfounded and without evidence, as seen on all graphics presented.
Why Fastjack chose to 'pin' one of them is incomprehesible.
If the bakers are the 'staff' of the ship, and the captain chooses to continuously kick them, at some point things are going to change.
What is Fastjacks board without a staff?
If mutiny is encouraged, then mutiny will ensue.
A shiny new ship is ready, as a back up.
Fb, there will always be attacks on us personally.
It's how they try to get at the bakers. Historically.
Our aim is not to get triggered by insults or arrows or bullets.
When they know what tiggers each of us, they'll keep at it.
Promoting censorship of any subject doesn't help us imo, whether it be jews, catholics, red heads, C_A or whatever.
All knowledge is knowledge. Anons can take or leave, but censorship is the equivalent of book burning. Let all ideas and opinions be discussed, and let us not be triggered by personal attacks. It only makes them increase.

I was trying to give advice on handling personal attacks.
For me, the course of action is to continue to do nothing. That includes not responding directly to any personal attacks, or trying to censor anyones right to free speech.
Bakers have been indirectly told to stand down, by the BO. If any baker bakers, their bakes are locked.
That means it's out of our hands. There's nothing we can do as long as Fastjack is the BO.
IF anons want to move, there are backups ready. We'll have to wait and see.
But helping FJ out of the fuckshow he created?
