BV was lurking today because after Q posted immediately the other breads were locked. He did miss some farther down the catalog. They lurk, but don't seem very responsive.

There is no real course of action. It's on FJ. It's his board, he needs to clean it up. If he refuses, then other boards will be made, and anons will migrate, and perhaps Q will post in them.
